Elevate Consulting Uganda was founded in 2012 with a clear belief: that Uganda's professionals deserve world-class coaching that speaks to their specific context, culture, and ambitions.
What started as a two-person operation in a small Nakasero office has grown into a team of 14 certified coaches and consultants, serving over 500 individuals and 48 organisations across Uganda and East Africa. Our founders — both seasoned professionals with international experience — returned to Uganda determined to create something that felt genuinely local, genuinely excellent.
We blend evidence-based coaching frameworks (including ICF-aligned methodologies) with a deep understanding of Uganda's workplace culture, economic landscape, and social dynamics. This means our coaching is never a one-size-fits-all import — it is crafted for the Ugandan professional, the Ugandan leader, and the Ugandan context.
