With 18 years in organisational leadership and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation, Dr. Agnes founded Elevate in 2012 with a mission to transform Uganda's professional landscape through world-class coaching. She specialises in executive coaching, leadership development, and organisational culture change.

Moses brings 12 years of senior corporate leadership experience at regional financial institutions and technology companies. At Elevate, we take quality seriously. Every coach on our team is not just certified — they are supervised, continuously developed, and held to the highest ethical standards of our profession.

Before being assigned to any client, our coaches undergo a rigorous internal training and assessment process, and they meet regularly with Dr. Nakimera for coaching supervision — a practice that is rare in Uganda's coaching market.

Every coach holds ICF, EMCC, or equivalent professional certification.
